A. Cancellation Policy
Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed:
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Seiha Heng, Heng Fashion, Schneeglöckchenstr. 38a, 10407 Berlin, Germany, Tel.: +493084431320, E-Mail: info@kataabwerkstatt.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, which is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their nature, properties and functionality.
Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of cancellation
The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
The right of cancellation does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a member state of the European Union at the time of concluding the contract and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of concluding the contract are outside the European Union.
General Notes
1) Please avoid damaging and contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
